Working Partners for an Alcohol- and Drug-Free Workplace program educates employers and workers about the important role workplaces play in the nationwide campaign to reduce drug abuse.  Concepts is contracted by DOL to handle all education and outreach activities in support of this program, which include developing and disseminating educational materials, managing strategic partnerships, writing press releases and articles, exhibiting at conferences and special events targeted at employers and human resources professionals, and securing speaking engagements and preparing speaking proposals and presentations for DOL subject matter experts.  Concepts also works with other federal government agencies, such as the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and the U.S. Department of Justice, to ensure workplace issues are represented in their outreach efforts.  To support these activities, Concepts also developed and manages the Working Partners Web site, the federal government’s central source for news and information about workplace substance abuse.
