Linda Rosa
Linda Rosa offers Concepts a diverse communications background with specific expertise in policy and legislative issues. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Currently, Linda is part of the ePolicyWorks Health Care team, where she supports an outreach and coalition-building initiative to increase access to health care and employment for people with disabilities. Her responsibilities include tracking legislation related to health care, disability and/or employment, writing outreach and training materials, conducting research and supporting interagency facilitation and collaboration.
Prior to joining Concepts, Linda spent time in the legal sector, where she provided paralegal support to nonprofits and law firms in the Washington, D.C. and Chicago-area. In this capacity, she conducted extensive research, prepared reports and supported cases that addressed issues, such as human trafficking and immigration. Linda also honed her legislative research skills, in the areas of health care and transportation, as an intern for former Illinois Congresswoman Melissa Bean.
In addition, Linda served as a project coordinator for the Citizens Archive of Pakistan (CAP), an education-focused nonprofit that fosters and promotes community-wide interest in the culture and history of Pakistan. Her responsibilities included developing website content, writing grant proposals and event planning.
Linda graduated from Northwestern University, earning a B.A. in political science and international studies. She is an active board member of the Northwestern University Alumni Club of DC, where she focuses on young alumni membership and outreach, fundraising and community relations. She also assists the South Asian Bar Association of DC (SABA-DC) with their programming, communications and marketing efforts.
