Stephanie Bostaph
Stephanie Bostaph offers a diverse background in social media strategy, government relations and advertising. She supports Disability.gov, an initiative managed by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy. Disability.gov is a federal government Web site that directs visitors to the latest resources on disability-related programs and services. Her responsibilities include writing promotional materials, monitoring media coverage and executing traditional and social media communications outreach. Stephanie's experience in social media strategy has broadened Concepts' expertise in Web 2.0 communications.
Prior to joining the Concepts team, Stephanie worked for leading public relations firms Ketchum, GolinHarris and Strategic Communications Group, where she implemented social media outreach, conducted comprehensive research on health care issues, assisted with Congressional outreach and coordinated events. Stephanie has worked on a variety of accounts, including confidential foreign government clients, the American Society of Clinical Oncologists, the World Economic Forum's Global Health Initiative, the Home Safety Council, Spirent, British Telecom and Clearwire. She also worked for a small Washington DC-metro advertising firm focusing on search engine marketing, graphic design and sales.
Stephanie graduated summa cum-laude with honors from West Virginia University, earning a B.A. in journalism with a concentration in public relations and a minor in political science. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the National Capital Chapter PRSA. |
